Nestled in the Harveytown area of Huntington, West Virginia, Bushel & Peck Backyard Blooms is woman-owned flower farm serving your local floral and event needs. Let our spacious grounds serve as a backdrop for your intimate events, family photography, or weekend visit to our you-pick flower field.
As soon as visitors exit the bridge into our open field, they will immediately feel that Bushel & Peck is doing flower farming differently.
Grown local
Most of the towering vines visitors see in the fields were started from seeds. This allows us to provide unique floral varieties and rare color combinations. We also strive to cultivate plants that are native to West Virginia.
Pesticide-free
As a certified Monarch Butterfly Waystation, our farm is proud to be pesticide free! To help combat pests, visitors will find ducks waddling through the fields snacking on bugs that could threaten our crop. Our two Great Pyrenees, Calla and Clover, are our natural (and fluffy) deer repellent.

Say your wedding vows or celebrate your union in an intimate gathering among nature. Let Bushel & Peck serve as the picturesque setting for your micro wedding or reception of 50 or less.
Each couple will receive custom planning support with packages for any budget, including options for wedding florals cut right from the farm.

Established in 2023, Bushel & Peck has grown from a small backyard garden to a sprawling flower field. From her childhood growing tomatoes with her grandparents to selling bouquets at the local farmer’s market, Kathleen has always had a passion for gardening and the beauty it provides us.
